These Terms are an agreement between you and CardChkr LLC (d/b/a Gift Card Checker). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1) Services

• Validation requests: you submit gift card details for review.
• Purchase requests: you submit a request to purchase a gift card and may be provided payment instructions.

2) Manual Review & No Guarantee

Some actions may require manual review. Validation outcomes and delivery timelines can vary. We do not guarantee any gift card is valid, active, redeemable, or has a particular balance.

3) Payments & Proof of Payment

We may support manual payment workflows (including crypto). Crypto transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for selecting the correct wallet and network. Submitting proof of payment does not guarantee approval.

4) Delivery

Where delivery is available, digital delivery is generally via email. Processing time estimates are not guarantees and may be impacted by review, fraud prevention checks, network congestion, and operational constraints.

5) Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered case-by-case before delivery. Once digital goods/codes are delivered, refunds may be limited or unavailable, except where required by law. If you believe there is an issue, contact support with your request details.

6) Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent codes or payment proofs.
• Attempting chargeback abuse, social engineering, or misuse of the platform.
• Interfering with site operation, scraping, automated abuse, or bypassing security controls.
• Any illegal or harmful activity.

7) Intellectual Property

The site, branding, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse without permission.

8) Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers may also have mandatory rights under local laws (including parts of Europe/UK and Australia).
